Craftastic

J wanted to work from home in peace (without the television on) last Thursday evening so I went to our local pottery painting place to see what I could create. Bethany inspires me. What can I say? I love her work but I wanted to do something completely different.

Behold! My birthday plate!

It’s in the customer gallery on the pottery shop’s website! I’m so proud. *blushing* To be honest, I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out when it was actually fired.

Here are some other things I’ve been working on.

Alligator page kit:

Art page kit:

Altered tin and insert:

Other side of the tin insert:

Needless to say, I’ve been keeping busy with these little projects.

Your birthday plate is beautiful! That’s the very first thing I ever painted at the pottery studio, a birthday plate. 🙂

I bid on the gater and the art… But I guess some one else wanted them worse!
