I furiously searched the Internet yesterday for something that I could bring to our Lab School social this evening. The Pillsbury site came to mind so I clicked on over to check out the Bake-Off recipes. There was a lot to choose from but in the back of my mind was pizza. I found a wonderful sounding, five-star rated Mango Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Appetizer Pizza recipe. Here’s the photo from website:
I think it looks pretty good and seems simple enough to make. J laughingly calls it too uppity for the preschool parent set. 🙂
