I voted bright and early morning with the rest of the blue hairs in my precinct. Just kidding… But we do have a rather high population of retirees in these parts. Did you all vote? I’m curious to see the outcome.
After I voted I took the kids to my in-laws house so I could clean ours from top to bottom. It felt good to be able to focus on cleaning without dealing with the kids hanging on me or making new messes as I clean up old ones. For a day spent scouring, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundering, folding, and Windexing, I rewarded myself with a dinner of frozen pizza. YUM! It’s all about the simple things around here 🙂
