I stumbled upon my own variation on the California Club Sandwich last week and it is soooo good. In fact, I had it 3 times in a row for lunch.
Assemble in sandwich form:
1 toasted everything bagle
a generous portion of guacamole
provolone cheese
thinly sliced maple and brown sugar deli ham
Add a side of salt and vinegar potato chips and a pile of blueberries and you’re all set. Yum!
