That’s right! Our pool was finally swimmable on Sunday. It was shocked on Thursday afternoon so we could not swim in it for several days without fear of our skin being chemically burned off. It’s being shocked again this afternoon. Getting the water chemistry just right takes a month. Luckily our pool builder handles the initial set up for us.
We had a great time swimming yesterday. Wildman stayed in the water for over 6 hours!
Good, clean summer fun! I’m looking forward to many, many year of pool use at our house.
