7 Days

The 7 Days group on Flickr started a new week on Saturday.  I began the week a day late but at least I started…  Thanks for the reminder, CC.

Today’s theme was “Yellow”.  I have to admit I was at a loss for what to do all day until my sons’ bubble bottle caught my eye as I was coming in from the garage.

Perfect!

Wildman played with my camera the other day so all of my settings are messed up.  The quality of this photo is pretty crappy.  But, at least, I got my submission in today.

Happy Friday

This is the last photo of the 7 days run for September.  Here I am being thoughtful.  I have a lot on my mind these days.  Things that are kind of heavy and are not correctly represented in this funny capture.  But I thought it was cute so I’m keeping it for my 7th self-portrait.  It’s been a fun week and I’m looking forward to doing it again.

My day 6 self-portrait was inspired by my desire to get a pedicure.  I’m sure I won’t find the time for a while but I thought it would be fun to photograph my feet (chipped polish and all).  I like how vibrant my feet look against the white ceiling.
