A leprechaun darted into my kitchen yesterday morning and left us a pouch of his “magic leprechaun powder” (or what I believe to be lime Jello) with instructions to add two spoonfuls to a cup of applesauce. When Wildman got home from preschool, I let the boys try it out!
Viola! I give you Leprechaun Applesauce!
The boys loved it so much that Steph and I had to give it a try too. I can attest that Leprechaun Applesauce is awesome!
Wildman gave me the third degree about the leprechaun though. How tall was he? Where did he go? Did you talk to him? Why didn’t you catch him? Where did he leave the magic powder? Why didn’t you talk to him? Did he run super fast?

Another fun thing we did to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day was a super easy shamrock craft.
We made shamrocks using bits of cardstock. My Cricut came in very handy for cutting out the hearts. Sure I could have free-handed them with the folded paper method but I didn’t feel like it. Use technology when you’ve got it, right?!
The boys got a little overzealous with the glue but whatever. They had a great time trying to follow my “go-by” shamrock.
